We present one-bedroom flats for monthly and long-term rental at Casa de Damiao in New Vaddem, Vasco and La Maison de Fleur in Chicolna, Bogmalo. Both properties offer 24/7 water supply and 24/7 CCTV security surveillance. Electricity and water charges are not included in monthly rent. Casa de Damiao has an additional ₹300 monthly water charge; La Maison de Fleur also has an additional ₹300 monthly water charge. A security deposit equal to two months’ rent is required; the deposit is refundable when the flat is returned in its original condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear, and all outstanding charges are settled.
